During the press conference held to mark the launch of the Permits for the Acquisition of Immovable Property Charter, Mr Anthony Imbroll, Director Capital Transfer Duty Department explained what changes were carried out during these last years which led to the launch of a Quality Service Charter. Administrative, infrastructural and and technological changes were carried out. More staff were deployed and all the staff in the department were adequately trained in their respective areas.
